1. This is a 24 business hour guarantee. Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday our guarantee is to have your order shipped by close of business on Monday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours)
2. This guarantee does not apply to back orders or items that are out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email within 24 hours.
3. This guarantee does not apply to products that specifically declare shipping times that do not fall in line with our guarantee.
