- Hi Scott! This tree does not open up by itself. With our easy to bend branches, you can move and shape it as you want, safely.

- Not this particular one. You have to find one that says UV resistant if it's going to be in the sun or Indoor/Outdoor if it's going to be outside in a covered area where the no sun hits it.
