Return Policies & Guidelines

We want you to love your Nearly Natural purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items purchased directly from www.nearlynatural.com and shipped within the continental U.S. may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the guidelines below.

Return Protection + Package Protection

Add Return Protection + Package Protection at checkout to receive:

  • Free return shipping on eligible returns
  • Protection for packages lost or damaged during transit or delivery
  • A faster, hassle-free return experience

Coverage does not apply to orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. The protection fee is non-refundable and must be purchased during checkout.

If You Do Not Purchase Coverage: You may still return eligible items within 30 days. However, you wil be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • All returns must be initiated through the Returns Portal.
  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
  • Each item requires its own return request through the Returns Portal.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit a claim as soon as possible after delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label are required.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement order or refund, at Nearly Natural's discretion.

Lost Packages

With Protection: Covered packages lost or damaged during transit or delivery may qualify for a replacement order or refund.

Without Protection: We will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier. Any resolution is subject to the carrier's findings and Nearly Natural's discretion.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item or another color variation of the same item. If you'd like a different product, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return receipt and inspection.

Original shipping charges and the optional Return Protection + Package Protection fee are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Important Information

Return Protection is optional, available only at checkout, does not extend the 30-day return period, and does not guarantee claim approval. Nearly Natural reserves the right to deny returns or claims that do not comply with this policy or involve suspected fraud or abuse.

Purchasing Return Protection does not alter the eligibility requirements of this policy.

Start a Return or Claim

To initiate a refund, exchange, or claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and ZIP code or email address.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return, exchange, or claim.

Seasonal Items

Holiday, Halloween, Fall, and Christmas items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or before December 25, whichever comes first. Beginning December 25, seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing Christmas Tree Parts

If you receive a Christmas tree that is missing parts, submit an exchange request through the Returns Portal or email returns@nearlynatural.com.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients may submit a return or exchange through the Returns Portal using the original order number and shipping ZIP code. If this information is unavailable, email returns@nearlynatural.com.

Return Shipping

  • All returns must be initiated through the Returns Portal.
  • Use the prepaid return label provided through the Returns Portal.
  • Return shipping purchased outside our portal is not reimbursable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
  • Items must be securely packaged and dropped off at the carrier listed on the return label.
  • If you no longer want an order that is already in transit, please accept delivery and submit a return request after receipt.
