Q&A
- I ordered the 20” Orchid Phalaenopsis in mauve and received the purple instead. How do I exchange the SKU-4309-MA for the mauve orchid?
- Hi Martha! You can submit an exchange request by accessing the Returns Portal in our site.
- Can the faux orchid be removed from the glass vase and repotted?
- We recommend the item remains in it's original structure for longevity and to avoid damage.
- Are these made from silk or latex?
- The industry doesn't use silk anymore because the material disintegrates quickly. What is now used is Polyester.
