Looks real!
"Really happy with the delivery and quality of the plant. It fits the space perfectly and you can't tell it's fake at all. I even have it next to a real plant and there's no difference! Will be a returning customer."

Q&A
- I would like it for outdoor use in the desert, with 110+ temps in summer. Is it uv resistant?
- This item is not UV Resistant. Additionally, please keep in mind our UV/Outdoor items should be brought indoors in such extreme weather conditions as they may potentially become damaged if exposed to this weather.
- Received paradise palm and very pretty, but how to arrange it like your photos? Stems are very stiff and I don't want to break them.
- You can start at the bottom and carefully pull down each tier of greenery as you make your way to the top. For further instructions and videos on how to arrange your plant, please view our FAQs on how to make our plants look real right out the box.
- We received this (ordered through Crate and Barrel) and it's nice, but the edges of some of the palms are bent from shipping, which makes it look fake. Is there a good method to flatten these house without hurting it?
- You can use a steamer
- Is this one indoor/outdoor?
- If it doesn't say it on the description, it is not a outdoor tree.
- How do you shape this?
- You can use a steamer to soften the area you would like to shape to make it easier.
