Q&A

I bought this to put outdoors on a patio that is mostly covered. The wind hit it and broke off lots of leaves. The leaves are glued onto tiny brittle natural twigs. I have purchased many times from your company and this one is soooo disappointing. It looks way to bare and not nearly as attractive as it was when it as new.
Please, keep in mind that our items are not intended to withstand severe weathers as they may get damaged by such factors.
