- Can you see the center pole? I'm looking for a FULL tree to put by the door. I've been having a hard time finding one that is full. Most have gaps where you can see the pole so I send them back.

- Can this tree be returned for full refund if it doesn’t fit my expectation?
- You will receive a refund on the tree itself the shipping charges goes to the carrier when the order is placed.
