"When I first got these, they had a sheen that looked too plastic-like, but as they’ve settled in and fluffed up, they actually look quite realistic. My only complaint is that I wish the base were heavier. They blew over several times and I had to buy long stakes to secure them into the road base inside my planters (I had tried to secure them with river rocks all around the sides but that wasn’t enough). Overall a good buy."

what is your return policy? I want to be sure that we LOVE these cedar trees by our front entrance, and that we are pleased with their realistic "look."
You have 30 days from the date you receive it to return it. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Replacement requests are only allowed for the same item. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging, just in case you need to return your item(s). We are unable to ship you separate boxes for return purposes. If returning multiple items they each have to have a return label or you won't be credited for it. Order shipping charges are not refundable It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the item and drop it at FedEx, our only carrier. We are unable to offer call tag services at the customer’s request. FedEx cannot pick up your returns; you will have to drop them off at a FedEx location. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging, just in case you need to return your item(s). We are unable to ship you separate boxes for return purposes.
Can you take these out of the pots and put in a different pot?
We do not recommend doing so as it can damage the item.
