Q&A

The leaves on this orchid are VERY stiff & more plastic feeling than several of the other plants we have ordered. These stick straight up out of the pot - which really makes it look fake. These are not silk leaves that are more easily shaped like those on the trees we have ordered (we have purchased many). Very disappointed, please advise. Purchased 2 of these on clearance so returning is not an option. I would post a photo but do not have that option. Phalaenopsis Arrangement

I just received my order of style number 4804. The pictures on your website show the leaves curved over and looking pretty. The leaves on the item I received are sticking straight up and will not shape to look like the picture. Is there a recommendation on a way to get the leaves shaped?
You can use a steamer to apply heat and shape them the way you want. You may also watch this video for more tips on how to shape your plant! Aside from that, you can use the picture online as a reference point, but the shaping and fluffing is entirely at your discretion as the end user. You can shape it to your liking to achieve the look that works best for your space.
