How do I apply?

To apply, complete our Designer Trade Program application and submit the required documentation for verification. Once submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your application. You will receive an email notification once approved. If additional information is needed, our team will contact you.

Do I need to reapply every year?

No. Once enrolled, your Designer Trade Program membership remains active without requiring annual reapplication. However, we recommend staying informed about any program updates.

Can multiple designers from my firm receive a discount?

Each designer must submit their own application and be individually approved to receive a designer discount. We do not provide a single discount account for multiple designers within the same company.

Can I place an order via mobile, email, or phone?

To ensure a seamless checkout experience and proper application of your discount, all orders must be placed directly through our website on either a mobile, tablet, or desktop device.

How do I place a tax-exempt order?
