At the moment, we do not ship to P.O Boxes, you must have a valid address within the continental USA. 

Returns

In the rare case that you don’t love your merchandise, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to us. We just ask that you contact us within 30 days of receipt and package the goods back into their original packaging.

Seasonal Items (Holiday/Fall Items and Faux Christmas Trees):

We hope you love your new seasonal items, but if you aren’t satisfied, you can return for FREE within 30 days of receiving the item or before December 25th, 2022; it depends on which one comes first.

What if part of my artificial Christmas tree is missing? 

Be on the lookout for the instruction manual that came in the box alongside your faux tree. Make sure every item in the instruction manual is also in the box. If something is missing, please submit an exchange request using our Returns Portal.

Christmas Returns after 12/24/2022

This applies to all holiday items purchased after 12/24/2022.

Items purchased from the Holiday Clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the item arrives damaged, we can issue an exchange for the same item. Please email returns@nearlynatural.com, and we will review your exchange request.
