This artificial plant can definitely be placed outdoors and will do very well in all kinds of weather. Will it fade with time?
Yes, in time it will start to fade.
I have 4 of these along with some others by my pool. I had them in a pot but wind constantly blew them over. I have brought them in to store for winter because I’m not sure how the would do in a Missouri winter. I’m thinking of just putting in the ground next year so they don’t blow over but then I won’t bring them in for the winter. How well will the tree do being exposed to a winter in Missouri? Would it help if I would cover them?

What is the dimension from the base to where the palms start?
The dimension for the height is from the bottom of the pot to the highest leaf or branch at the top of the tree. For the width is from the longest leaf or branch on one side to the other and for depth is the longest leaf or branch in the front to the back.
