Q&A

I would like it for outdoor use in the desert, with 110+ temps in summer. Is it uv resistant?
This item is not UV Resistant. Additionally, please keep in mind our UV/Outdoor items should be brought indoors in such extreme weather conditions as they may potentially become damaged if exposed to this weather.
Received paradise palm and very pretty, but how to arrange it like your photos? Stems are very stiff and I don't want to break them.

We received this (ordered through Crate and Barrel) and it's nice, but the edges of some of the palms are bent from shipping, which makes it look fake. Is there a good method to flatten these house without hurting it?
