I have been searching for high quality outdoor artificial plants & trees. What i came across so far is a company called Artificial Eden located in the UK. They may be the Gold Standard for artificial outdoor plants/trees based on my research so far. Their products come with a 3 year or 5 year warranty and are all UV-Resistant. I'm not saying your product or others don't compare to Artificial Eden but they do provide a 3 or 5 year warranty and that pretty impressive. So my question to you is... - How does your product compare to Artificial Eden? - What is your warranty - Is your UV-Resistant process similar to Artificial Eden? - What materials are your plants/trees made of? - How does your product stand up to south Florida weather?

How dies this hold up in intense wind?
We don't recommend it to be in any type extreme weather conditions.
Are the Areca palms silk or plastic? I want to put this outside on a covered patio; however, the patio faces East and gets the Arizona morning sun. I know it indicates it is UV resistant, but I would think silk would melt.

Can the palm be kept outside by the pool during the summer?
Hi Debbie, Yes this tree can be outside and in the sun since it is UV resistant. We recommend not getting the plants wet since it will affect the lifespan of the item.
Can the plant be removed from the planter?
The plant can't be removed for the planter because it is cemented in there.
