"I have ordered 6 arrangements! They were bright, fresh and added a spot of color to my rooms. The 6th arrangement arrived broken, florals fell off as I went to carefully move down some of the limbs - heartbreaking. I have a hot glue gun and some knowledge of floral silk arrangement so was able to patch it up, but unpleasant delivery mess."
